Oumar Hill
Oumar Hill is a seasoned sports and business professional with over 30 years of experience as a coach, trainer, scout, and strategic advisor. He specializes in contract negotiations, relationship management, and athlete development, serving professional athletes, executives, and entertainers.
With 20 years in business operations and leadership, Oumar has worked across elite AAU programs and professional organizations, with deep expertise in NCAA regulations and league compliance. He is also a professional speaker and author focused on leadership and performance.
Oumar holds an MBA in Global Business along with certifications in Project Management and Acquisitions. At Visionary Management Group, he provides strategic guidance and global insight to help clients succeed at the highest level.

Antoine Wade
Antoine is an IP and Entertainment Attorney specializing in helping athletes and global brands monetize, protect, and maximize their brand recognition in the marketplace.
In addition to his legal practice, Antoine is a licensed NBA & NFL agent and works as a manager and talent scout in the sport of boxing. He has secured and executed brand deals for both collegiate and professional athletes, leveraging his expertise to support their career development.
Antoine earned his Juris Doctorate from NCCU School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a Minor in Spanish from Morehouse College.

Brandi is a seasoned sports management professional with over a decade of experience in the boxing industry. With a foundation in athlete representation, contract negotiation, and strategic brand development, she combines business expertise with a strong commitment to mental health advocacy. A graduate of Coppin State University (B.S. Sports Management) and the University of Central Florida (MSW), she has worked alongside premier organizations including Mayweather Promotions and BadGurl Promotions, positioning fighters for long-term success both inside and outside the ring.
